so my mom wakes my up at 9 to tell me that our family doctor wants to check my brother and I up.
I get dressed, knowing that im going to have my urine tested and my body felt up. Then for the first time in my life, the doctor tells me that im overweight for someone my height. she then glances at me again and says she doubts its because of body fat, and concludes that its muscle. she then gives me acne medicine, and gives me one of those sex/drug education lectures. i sat there nodding, though i already knew everything she was telling me. as we reach the end of the examination, i mention that i screwed up one of my toes after doing a handstand about three weeks before. she bursts out laughing, and makes me take an x-ray. turns out, i fractured my toe... doing a handstand. FAIL.
meanwhile, i've been trying to learn the song Superhuman feat. Keri Hilson by Chris Brown on piano, and for some reason no one has it. i've looked for almost a year in websites and forums. NOTHING. now, ive been stuck with watching the pros play it on youtube, trying to write down the notes on a piece of paper. and it doesnt help when the PC is upstairs while the piano is downstairs. ugh.
senior portraits tomorrow. and i have huge acne. great.
wow its my birthday in 5 days. i discovered that as we grow older, we realize that the birthday parties should actually be dedicated to our mothers, since they are the ones who brought us from the darkness into the light of the world. for some reason, i no longer desire presents or parties and the like. the birthday isnt a big deal anymore. all i want is the company of my family and friends. that is enough.
